We do not offer cancellations once your order has been processed and confirmation email is sent with a confirmed order number*
We offer EVEN exchanges only in the same category. Products of lesser value will be considered an even exchange. Exchanges have to be within 7 days upon receiving your purchase. No Refunds
If you are requesting an item which exceeds your original order we will be invoicing you the difference via email. We only offer ONE even exchange per order. 
Please refer to the sizing chart when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size.
Sizing delivered may vary from sizing chosen, however the waist size in cm/inches will always be accurate!
 ALL orders are sent on the correct waist sizing desired at the time of product selection.  
XL=1XL
Please remember that XL size and 1XL is the same thing. If you need one size up, you should order 2XL.
We simply ask that when you receive an order, you try it on OVER panties or undergarments. We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons. Items worn for longer than 5-10 minutes are considered worn and cannot be exchanged. 
For all international exchanges please contact customer service first before processing your exchange (866-300-1267). Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST.
Defective items MUST be reported within 10 days of receipt. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter... If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to quality approval and inspection at our warehouse personnel. Please take extra care to inspect and test all returned items to ensure these requirements:
  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unstained
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached
  • No smells other than natural product oders
  • No animal or pet hair
  • No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles on items with latex
  • Original packaging
  • Within 7 days of the date, you received your initial purchase
RETURN PACKAGING
Every order MUST be accompanied by an Exchange form. Please fill out your Exchange Form. We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given an exchange.
 
EASY EXCHANGES: 
All Exchanges will be shipped back within 14 business days upon receiving the product.

Shipping & Delivery
When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 3-5 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you order will ship out according to your shipping method/ Please make sure you are certain of the product specifications. 
We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped via email. We provide international delivery worldwide with an online tracking number and a signature confirmation to make sure you receive your package. Domestic orders can be tracked through USPS: www.usps.com
 International orders can be tracked through DHL Express: www.dhl.com.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.
Curviangel.com provides customers with the option to track packages. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. Reach USPS HERE or call 1 (800) 222-1811 for domestic or international assistance. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but CURVIANGEL.COM does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Please contact your local mail carrier and post office to file a claim.
 Most of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
